How to return a Fiera purchase you are not satisfied with

- The item is your responsibility until we recieve it. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel via registered post. This way it can be tracked to ensure it does not get lost.
- The postage costs of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Product returns can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via express delivery. Express post parcels include registered post in their price.
Once we have received your email one of our customer service representatives will email you with a returns authorisation number (RA). Please quote your RA number and return the goods in their original condition with your receipt to:

The receipt you provide can be an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from Fiera. Please understand that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange earrings unless they are faulty.
Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.

Upon receipt of the goods, Fiera will refund the postage costs back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase and then send the goods back to you.

Returns to store
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange earrings, headwear & hair products unless they are faulty. Please understand that the Fiera boutique you visit may not have the item you want in exchange for the returned goods. In this situation you would need to return to the same boutique to collect the exchange item once it has been delivered. The option of receiving Fiera store credit in exchange for returned goods is also available.
