Friends of Fiera

Friends of Fiera is subject to the conditions of use set out below.

Rewards are allocated at the time of purchase in any participating Fiera boutique or online. Rewards can be earned with any method of payment on purchases of full price and sale items. Rewards are not awarded on the purchase of Gift Vouchers, or the cost of service charges (e.g repairs) or purchases made with a Friends of Fiera Reward Voucher.

For every qualifying item purchased within a Fiera boutique, Rewards will be awarded at the rate of 5% of each item’s value. Rewards will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar.

Rewards will be issued periodically throughout the year in the format of Friends of Fiera Reward Vouchers which will be distributed via email. You may check your current Friends of Fiera balance at any time online at www.fiera.com.au.

A Friends of Fiera Reward Voucher will only be issued if a minimum threshold of $20 has been achieved. Friends of Fiera Reward Vouchers will be issued in whole dollars only. Any Voucher dollars not issued will roll-over to the next voucher issuance period.

Friends of Fiera Reward dollars may remain on your account for a maximum of 2 years before being removed.

Friends of Fiera Reward dollars may be redeemed as a discount, up to the value shown on the face of the Reward Voucher on full price Fiera merchandise. The Friends of Fiera Reward Voucher must be presented when redeeming Friends of Fiera dollars. Vouchers are non-transferable. No change will be given if the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Friends of Fiera Reward Voucher. Friends of Fiera Reward Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or on reduced price merchandise.

The expiry date of the Friends of Fiera Reward Voucher will be shown on the voucher, and all vouchers must be redeemed by this date.

If an item is subsequently returned, we will only refund the actual amount paid. If an item is subsequently found to be faulty, a replacement voucher may be issued.

It is your responsibility to notify Fiera of any changes of email address. Fiera cannot be held responsible for Friends of Fiera Reward Vouchers once they have left its control and will be not held responsible for lost, deleted or undeliverable mail.

Fiera cannot accept liability for lost, damaged or expired Friends of Fiera Reward Vouchers.

Fiera reserves the right to refuse redemption of Friends of Fiera Reward Vouchers as its sole discretion and may withdraw membership of the scheme from a participant at any time. Fiera reserves the right to vary the content of the Scheme and its terms and conditions (including the rate of rewards), or to withdraw the scheme at any time, by giving notice in participating boutique. In the event of withdrawal, any valid Reward Vouchers will be accepted for redemption against merchandise for a specific period. You will be deemed to have accepted these terms or any notice of a change to them, if you continue to use the Friends of Fiera scheme or redeem these vouchers.

Fiera would like to use your details and transaction information to keep you up to date with offers and information by post and by email. We will not pass on your details to any other companies outside Fiera.
