How do I join Friends of Fiera?
You can join Friends of Fiera by signing up in one of our stores or on the Friends of Fiera page.
How can I update my personal details for my Friends of Fiera membership?You can update your personal details by logging in on the Friends of Fiera page.
What happens if I can’t remember my Friends of Fiera password?Please click on I’ve Forgotten My Password underneath the Friends of Fiera Login. You will be sent an email with your Friends of Fiera details.
It’s my birthday and I haven’t received my Fiera birthday voucher yet.If you did not receive your birthday voucher please contact us by sending an email to support or you can email us directly from the Contact Us page. Please include the details you used to register for Friends of Fiera including your telephone number and email address.

Can I return my web purchase to a store?
Yes you can return any items bought in Fiera’s online store to any Fiera retail store for an exchange or store credit. Please view our Returns Policy for the correct procedures.
Do you accept cheque or money order?
Sorry but we do not accept payment by personal cheque or money order. All payments for online purchases must be made by credit card.
How do I change my order after it has been placed?
After you have clicked ‘Process Payment’ your order is sent to Fiera and you cannot make any online changes. Fiera has designed its ordering system to efficiently fill orders and send them to customers as soon as possible. Once you have received your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Returns Policy.
I have seen something I want in your store but it isn’t online.
We aim to make all our online stock available at all of our stores. If you can’t find an item it may be that we have sold out. Fiera endeavours to have all stock ordered on time and available to you the customer. Do you accept international shipments?
Fiera ship to most locations around the world! To find out more about our shipping policy and arrangements please click here.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
No, Fiera is not able to split shipments. All items placed in an order will be sent to one address. To send different items to different locations you will need to place multiple orders.
