Returns Policy
How to return a Fiera purchase you are not satisfied with
Change of Mind
Please email Fiera within 14 days of receiving your order. We will issue you a store credit
(excluding original delivery charge) on receipt of the returned items. You also have the option of exchanging the item for one of equal value when
possible.
Please note:
- The item is your responsibility until we recieve it. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel via
registered post. This way it can be tracked to ensure it does not get lost.
- The postage costs of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Product returns can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via express delivery. Express
post parcels include registered post in their price.
Once we have received your email one of our customer service representatives will email you with a returns authorisation number (RA). Please quote
your RA number and return the goods in their original condition with your receipt to:

The receipt you provide can be an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from Fiera. Please understand that due to hygiene reasons, we
cannot exchange earrings unless they are faulty.
Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
Product Faults
If you find a
product fault please email Fiera within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will happily exchange the item if we have the item in stock, issue you with store credit or where possible we may need to repair it if the item is
no longer in stock. A customer service representative will email you with a returns authorisation number (RA). Please quote your RA number and return
the goods with your receipt to:

Upon receipt of the goods, Fiera will refund the postage costs back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase and then send the
goods back to you.
Product returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
You can return items purchased in the online SHOP to any Fiera boutique within 14 days of purchase. Please bring your emailed receipt and the credit
card you used when you ordered. For your nearest boutique please view the
Boutiques section on our
website.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange earrings, headwear & hair products unless they are faulty. Please understand that the Fiera boutique you
visit may not have the item you want in exchange for the returned goods. In this situation you would need to return to the same boutique to collect the
exchange item once it has been delivered. The option of receiving Fiera store credit in exchange for returned goods is also available.

I received the wrong item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact Fiera to speak with a customer service representative quoting your RA number,
your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you would like a replacement (where possible) or store credit.
We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
