What happens if I can’t remember my Friends of Fiera password?
Please click on I’ve Forgotten My Password underneath the Friends of Fiera Login. You will be sent an email with your Friends of Fiera details.
If you did not receive your birthday voucher please contact us by sending an email to support or you can email us directly from the Contact Us page. Please include the details you used to register for Friends of Fiera including your telephone number and email address.

Yes you can return any items bought in Fiera’s online store to any Fiera retail store for an exchange or store credit. Please view our Returns Policy for the correct procedures.
Sorry but we do not accept payment by personal cheque or money order. All payments for online purchases must be made by credit card.
After you have clicked ‘Process Payment’ your order is sent to Fiera and you cannot make any online changes. Fiera has designed its ordering system to efficiently fill orders and send them to customers as soon as possible. Once you have received your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Returns Policy.
We aim to make all our online stock available at all of our stores. If you can’t find an item it may be that we have sold out. Fiera endeavours to have all stock ordered on time and available to you the customer. In a case like this please do not hesitate to contact us to find out when more stock will become available for purchase. No, Fiera is not able to split shipments. All items placed in an order will be sent to one address. To send different items to different locations you will need to place multiple orders.
