Delivery Information for all Fiera online orders
Upon purchase of any product from Fiera's e-boutique we endeavor to deliver your order within 10 working days from the date your order is placed.
Once you've finished browsing Fiera's e-boutique you will be able to select
your postage option after you fill in your shipping and billing
address.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes - a street address must be provided when you place an online order with Fiera. If a street address is not provided at the time of order it will delay your delivery.
Orders for delivery within Australia
All orders placed for delivery within Australia will incur a delivery
charge of $10.00.
Your order will be delivered within 7- 10 working days by a Fastway courier if you live in the following areas:
- All capital cities except Darwin
- Gold Coast
- Sunshine Coast
- Toowoomba
- Albury
- Bendigo
- Cairns
- Coffs Harbour
- Geelong
- Launceston
- Makcay
- Newcastle
- Port Macquarie
- Townsville
- Wide Bay
- Wollongong
- Rockhampton, Bundaberg & the Capricorn Coast
- New South Wales Central Coast
- Northern Rivers
Orders for delivery to all other areas outside of the above delivery zones will be delivered by an Australia Post courier and
may take in excess of 10 working days.
International Orders
Orders placed for delivery outside Australia will incur a delivery charge of $20.00.
All international orders will be sent via Australia Post and Fiera cannot guarantee a delivery time frame. Please note Fiera does not accept any responsibility for any customs charges incurred by the order. By placing an order with an international delivery address, the customer is agreeing to pay any charges that may be incurred at the destination country.
Please Note - If the incorrect delivery option is selected you will be contacted by a Fiera customer service representative for authorisation to adjust the final purchase amount before your order is processed.
