We are seeking Sales Consultants with a strong work ethic to ensure Fiera's success through meeting or exceeding sales targets, offering a high level of customer service to every customer who walks through the door, maintaining a high level of store presentation and by diligently following directions from the Boutique Manager.
A passion for the jewellery industry is a must as well as the following desirable personal qualities:

We are seeking a passionate Boutique Manager who has vision and an understanding of the jewellery industry. We rely on our managers to work towards the success of their store through meeting or exceeding sales targets, ensuring maximum profitability, maintaining a high level of store presentation and effectively manageing staff and product to Fiera's guidelines. Effective communiation with the Fiera leadership team, other Boutique Managers and casual/part time staff is also essential.
Fiera also seeks a manager who has the following desirable qualities and attributes:
- A willingness to be hands on and lead by example
- Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate
- Ability to give team members autonomy and empower them
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep team members focused and motivated
